Project Managers

Our Project Managers will be assigned to your specific project to work closely with you and your team from scheduling equipment deliveries to overseeing the installation process. Our Project Manager's will ensure that the equipment will be installed according to our strict installation standards and with minimum disruption to your business.

Customer Service Representatives

Our Sales Professionals and Project Managers will remain in constant contact with you and your team members to ensure that everyone involved is satisfied with the project from equipment quality to the installation completion date. We realize that our commitment to your satisfaction will be met only by keeping our team involved with you during the entire project.

Equipment Installers & Repairers

We will select only quality installation and repair crews that meet our strict installation standards and that are skilled in the erection of storage and picking equipment. Additionally, our Project Manager will coordinate the installation or repair process. The Project Manager will ensure equipment deliveries, setting up prototype sections for your approval, and monitor the installation or repair schedule until the project has been completed to your satisfaction.

Freight Carriers

We will select only reliable freight carriers to transport your storage and picking equipment from our manufacturing plants to your job site. We realize that it is very important the equipment be picked up and delivered as scheduled in order to manage an efficient and productive project.

Rack Safety Advisors

Our SPACERACK Storage Centres at Gold Coast and Toowoomba have  joined with SPACERACK to provide a comprehensive inspection service targeted at increasing warehouse safety by regular racking inspections. All rack safety inspections carried out under the partnership will be conducted in accordance with Australian Standards.
